Web Administrator / Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Website Maintenance: Regularly updating content, ensuring the site runs smoothly, and troubleshooting any technical issues on pre, post and during active events.
  2. Security Management: Monitoring for potential vulnerabilities, and ensuring the site is protected from cyber threats.
  3. Software Updates: Monthly update of database.
  4. Oversight: Ensuring performance oversight and advising improvements for smoother operations.
  5. Domain and Hosting Management: Handling domain registration and renewals, and managing hosting accounts to ensure uptime and reliability.
  6. Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry technological trends and product and suggest innovative improvements.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS
  • Web security best practices: Knowledge of how to implement secure websites (e.g., SSL, firewalls, encryption).
  • Debugging tools: Familiarity with browser developer tools for identifying and fixing issues.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Good Customer Service Knowledgea:Proven experience in customer support or success roles with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Research Proficiency: Ability to gather and analyze information to address client needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Flexible Work Time: Capability to work with a flexible schedule to accommodate clients.
  • Technology Savvy: Proficiency with customer support software, CRM and CMS systems, and other relevant technology tools is a plus.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: Strong and stable internet connection to support remote work and client communications.
  • Fast Smartphone: Possess a smartphone capable of handling necessary business applications and communications efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications (Not mandatory, but a plus to your application)

  • Knowledge of PHP
  • Previous experience in a Customer Success or similar role.
  • Familiarity with our industry and products.
  • Relevant certifications or training in customer service or support.
